Shopify Graphic Designer Freelance

The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Shopify Graphic Designer (Freelance) to join our growing team. This role involves designing and implementing creative and functional Shopify websites for our diverse clientele’s company stores, which range in complexity and size. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our developers, lead project managers/account managers, and partners to deliver top-tier company stores on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and highly functional Shopify stores. 

• Customize Shopify themes to meet client specifications and brand guidelines. 

• Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of web functionalities. 

• Optimize website designs for mobile and desktop platforms to enhance user experience and drive conversions. 

• Conduct website testing and troubleshooting before launch. 

• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and Shopify features to implement on client projects. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shopify Designer with a strong portfolio of successful e-commerce sites. 

• Proficiency working with the Shopify platform and the ability to implement your design alongside developers.  

• Expertise in Shopify theme development and customization, a plus. 

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles. 

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages, a plus. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 

• The ability to adhere to tight deadlines.  

• The ability and infrastructure to work remotely or in a hybrid environment.  

• Accessibility during normal working hours to meet with the GoDelta team or clients as-needed. Some work may be completed outside of normal business hours.
